How to request a refund

  • The reason you'd like a refund (we love feedback, but it's not required)

Refund process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@peachi.store within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available for orders where more than 30 days have passed since delivery, or where misuse or damage caused by the customer is evident.
